- Purchase a Planet Structures THOW and place it in one of our partner cabin rental locations, or a location of your choice.
- Vacation in your tiny house absolutely free; and make money from it when you aren’t there.
You’ll receive a revenue split every single night the unit is rented, or an agreed-to set amount every month. - The administrative staff at the rental location will do all the work to keep your Planet Structures THOW rental unit operating smoothly and occupied throughout the rental season.

Important Notes
Financing
If you wish, we have an arrangement with Canada RV Finance, headquartered just outside of Calgary, AB to provide purchase financing of our Tiny Houses to our customers. They have a simple online application that you can fill out to pre-qualify for financing. Depending on your credit profile you may be able to finance 100% of your THOW purchase. You can fill out their online application HERE. Or simply give them a call at 1-877-755-7387. Ask to speak to Brian Carrico for great service and knowledgable answers to all of your questions. He has great insight into the whole tiny house industry throughout Canada and the USA.
Even if you finance 100% of your Planet Structures THOW purchase, it may be possible that your rental agreement will ultimately pay for your entire purchase. That will be determined of course by your rental agreement.
Rental Agreement and Partner Cabin Rental Locations
We are in the process of locating, investigating and signing up profitable and interested cabin rental locations into this program. They are in the business of renting out their cabins to customers looking to fish, camp, hike and whatever else is being provided by the cabin business. There are hundreds of these companies throughout Ontario, and thousands throughout Canada. A number of them will jump at the chance to have a beautiful new Tiny House On Wheels as part of their inventory to rent out to customers, especially if it is one they don’t have to pay for or build. All they have to do is ensure it is rented out and occupied as much as possible, and to clean and maintain your THOW.
It is important to note that your rental agreement will be directly with one of these cabin rental locations, chosen by you. A LIST of these companies will be provided on our website shortly. Our role here at Planet Structures is to build your chosen THOW, and deliver it and set it up at the cabin rental location, and provide any warranty services if required. We of course also facilitate the introduction and transaction between you and your chosen cabin rental location. You will negotiate a revenue splitting agreement with the cabin rental company that you deem satisfactory. Any time after the term is completed, you can take your THOW anywhere you want for your own use or renew the lease term.
